Our offered Cassava Grating Machine is commonly used in cassava farms and food processing plants. It is used in Cassava Flour/Garri/Fufu factories to crush peeled cassava into mash.
The cassava grater has a motor that drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, on the rotor, there are a series of knives that aids this function. A continuous process of this results in the grating of cassava tubers.
Working Principle
The item to be grated, which, in this case, is the cassava tuber is fed into the cassava grating machine. It gets into the inner part of the grater (the grating drum). The rotating knives which rotate at a constant high speed crush the cassava into pulp. It is then now released through the outlet and becomes the final product - a uniform pulp.
Features and Benefits of the Cassava Grating Machine
It has a strong production ability - 250 kg/hr.
It produces its final product in a uniform style.
It has low energy consumption.
Its framework comes in a simple structure.
The cassava grating machine is easy to operate and maintain.
It has a high technological vibrating performance.
It is locally fabricated.
It has a durable and sturdy structure.
It has super strength and wear-resisting capabilities.
It can be powered using an electric motor.
It has a big crushing ratio.
Rotating parts are quality and can be well adjusted at the control center.
The hammerhead uses pure high-chromium alloying material.
It can also be improvised to grate potatoes, yams, etc.
