EGGPLANT-GOLDEN EGG is a lovely little eggplant whose fruits are a pale yellow to a deep gold color. This eggplant is so pretty during its entire fruiting cycle & is interesting, it bears beautiful pearl colored fruit that progressively turns gold as they mature. It is faster to bear fruit &much more productive than larger eggplant. Adaptable to most good garden soils that are well composted & free draining. Requires full sun & a long growing season. 60 days to harvest.

Plant Golden egg F1 seed 2.5cm apart in pots or seed trays and cover with 12mm of fine soil, well pressed down When the plants are 5 to 7.5cm tall, transplant in rows 60 – 90cm apart, spacing plants 60cm apart in the row. Cut the ripe eggplant instead of pulling from plant to avoid plant injury. Keep moist and not wet. Fertilize every 2-4 weeks.
