Grain Threshing Machine

Our grain threshing machine is a multifunctional device widely applied for the shelling (or threshing) of grain crops (including maize, rice, wheat, millet, sorghum, beans, etc.)

• It is used for shelling grains from cobs. The machine separates the kernels from the cobs with an amazing speed without any breakage of the kernels as well as cobs.

• It does not damage the tips of the grain and therefore the grain is suitable for use as seed.

How to use the grain threshing machine

• This grain thresher does instant work of removing corn kernels, and it is quite easy to use!
• Just slide several (more than two) ears of dry corn into the front opening, and in about 3-5 seconds the kernels of grain are removed.
• The thresher works on ears of all sizes, and no adjustment is necessary for various ear sizes.

Working principle

• The grain is fed from the feeding port and due to the rotary strike of corn by the screw propeller, the grain is separated by an in-built sieve. Afterwards, the resultant cob is discharged from the machine end.
• Kindly ensure that the feeding volume is not too much, otherwise, the machine is prone to clogging, resulting in broken grains.
